StudyPass — Terms and Conditions (Students)

1. Who we are
StudyPass (studypass.mn) is operated by Connected Solutions LLC, registration no. [__________], Khan-Uul District, 8th khoroo, 716/5, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia (“StudyPass”, “we”, “us”).
These Terms apply to anyone who uses StudyPass as a student (“you”). By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Key terms

3. Your account
- You sign up with your email address (confirmed with a 6-digit code) and your phone number, and set a PIN. You sign in with your email and PIN.
- One account per person. The information you give must be true and your own.
- Keep your PIN secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- If you are under 18, you may use StudyPass, but payment must be made or approved by your parent or legal guardian. By paying, they accept these Terms on your behalf.
4. What StudyPass is, and is not
StudyPass is an information and planning service. It shows whether a study-abroad goal is reachable based on your answers, what stands in the way, the deadlines and the costs. Every plan is built by fixed rules from facts that carry a source and a verified date.
StudyPass is not a university, a government body or a consulting centre. We do not apply to schools for you.
We do not guarantee admission, a visa or a scholarship. Those decisions belong to universities, governments and scholarship bodies.
The official source is always final. If a university’s or government’s own page differs from your plan, the official page wins. Application windows marked «ихэвчлэн» (“usually”) are typical periods, not deadlines. Always confirm each school’s own deadline.

Main schools come in three levels: Хүрэх (most reachable), Зорих (harder to achieve) and Мөрөөдөл (dream). If fewer schools pass at a level than your tier allows, your plan shows fewer. It is never filled with a school that does not pass.
- Your plan is only as accurate as your answers. You can edit your answers for free until you pay. They cannot be changed while a payment is in progress.
- Each plan covers one target (one country and one major). A plan keeps the tier it was bought at. For another tier, or (on Basic) another country or major, you buy a new plan at full price. You can hold several plans, and your profile lists all of them.
- Your plan stays active until you are admitted to a university, or until you delete your account.
- Your plan is delivered on the website. You may print it or save it as a PDF.
- We may add countries and features. A plan you bought keeps everything it included.
6. Changing your plan

There are no upgrades between tiers (§5).
7. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Mongolian tugrik (₮) and include VAT where it applies.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, Bonum. We do not store your card details.
- We issue an Ebarimt e-receipt for every payment.
- We may change prices, normally once a year. A change never affects a plan you have already bought.
8. Refunds

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Mongolian consumer-protection law.
9. Paid and labelled content
We keep paid content visible and separate:

The main slots in your shortlist are never paid for. They are chosen only by our rules.

Consulting slots (Basic 1, Pro 2, Max 3) sit apart from your main schools and may be paid for by consulting centres. Every offer in them:
- is chosen for your answers, among consulting centres’ offers only,
- must pass the same tests as every other school in your plan, and never repeats a main school,
- is labelled «Зуучлалын байгууллагын санал» with the centre’s name.
If no offer passes, the slot is filled with the next most reachable school that passes, shown as a main school without the label. If none is left, the slot is left out.

«Онцлох» on the home page marks paid, promoted listings. Payment never changes the order of browse, search or map results, grade badges or reviews.
10. Listings and reviews
- Information about prep centres and consulting centres is provided by the centres or by public sources. We do not guarantee their services, prices or results. Any agreement you make with a centre is between you and that centre.
- Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. You may leave one rating per centre per month. We may moderate, hide or remove reviews that are false, abusive, commercial or break the law.
11. Acceptable use
You must not:
- copy, scrape or resell StudyPass data or plans, or use them commercially,
- use bots or automated access,
- post fake reviews or impersonate anyone,
- interfere with the service or its security,
- use StudyPass for anything unlawful.
12. Intellectual property
StudyPass, its data, texts, design and software belong to Connected Solutions LLC or its licensors. Your plan is licensed to you for personal use, and you may share it with your family.
13. Your data
- How we collect and use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
- Consent is separate for each purpose (for example, contact by centres, or aggregate statistics), and you can withdraw it at any time in your account settings. Withdrawing consent never removes your own plan.
- We may publish aggregate, anonymous statistics, such as our annual report, only from students who consented. No individual can be identified.
- We never sell your personal data.
14. Third parties
StudyPass links to universities, government sites, centres and service providers. We are not responsible for their content, services or decisions.
15. Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- StudyPass is provided as it is. We work to keep every fact correct and current, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete or error-free at all times.
- We are not liable for decisions made by universities, governments, scholarship bodies or centres, or for losses caused by relying on a plan without confirming its checkpoints with the official source.
- Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned.
16. Suspension and closing your account
- You may delete your account at any time. Plans already generated are not refunded.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with its effective date and notify you of material changes in your account. If you continue to use StudyPass after that date, you accept the new version.
18. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. If we cannot, disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Mongolia. If a Mongolian translation of these Terms is published, the Mongolian version prevails.
